For our Team in Vienna we are looking for a Investment Consultant (m/f)

Tasks

• Cold acquisition of new mandates, independent handling of sales activities with focus on Germany and Austria
• Development and maintenance of customer relationships to ensure the sales pipeline
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with institutional and private investors
• Evaluation of property data (Vendor DD), preparation of a detailed investment memorandum and management of data rooms
• Handling of off-market and  structured sales processes and bidding procedures, from the acceptance of a mandate, the search for and approaching of buyers, the preparation and examination of offers to purchase, up to the support of the sales contract negotiations
• Implementation of high-quality market, customer and competition analysis
• Profitability calculations/leasehold valuation/DCF procedures
• Attendance of networking events
• Implementation of commercial due diligence audits,
• Conception and preparation of financial reports and presentations
• Creation of sales forecasts and reports
• Cooperation in the maintenance of the internal database for a continuous market overview

Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable training
• 5years of professional experience in brokerage / transaction management/ investment management
• Understanding of construction-related issues or legal, tax and specialist aspects of acquisitions, sales or management of real estate
• Proven network and successfully implemented transactions/ sales
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Austria, Germany beneficial
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style
• Team player, who distinguishes himself through high service orientation
• Excellent German and English skills
• Committed and independent working style, characterised by an analytical and conceptual approach
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sharepoint is of advantage
