Julie-Christine Lenz

held various management and executive positions with European hotel and catering groups as well as industry-related consultancies before founding a consultancy specialising in hospitality risk management (Zichy Lenz & Cie). Most recently, she was managing director of a pan-European operator for student housing and subsequently at the German market leader for serviced housing products (micro-living, serviced flats). At the end of 2018, she and her husband founded ZL Consulting, from which UMBRELLA Real emerged.
Holger Lenz
Partner
held various management positions in internationally operating companies. From 2013 to 2018, he was also a partner at Zichy Lenz & Cie GmbH, a hotel consulting firm, and has built up in-depth knowledge in this industry. He is a proven expert in corporate and tenancy law and is currently responsible for all German mandates.
